Christina Mitchell is the founder of Liquid Lite. Originally a California native she now resides in Sanur, Bali. She obtained a degree in Psychology from the University of Sacramento. Other education includes certification as a Quantum Biofeedback Technician, studies in Cellular Memory Release with world renowned CMR educator Luis Diaz, and extensive study with Dr. David Jubb to become certified as a Phoenix Fastician, thereby allowing her to offer a customized cleansing program for anyone interested in improving his or her health and well being.

The search for a true healing therapy began after her internship, working with individuals severely challenged by their brain chemistry. She discovered that pharmaceuticals were not improving the condition of those under her care, but actually, in most cases, creating even further imbalance. As she began to develop anxiety herself, due to working under these negative circumstances, she embarked on her journey of discovery in holistic healing.

Approximately eight years ago, she was presented with the concept of Lifefood Nutrition, also known as the Raw Food Movement. (Please see the optimum nutrition page for more on this subject.) By adhering to this diet, as well as the integration of proper hydration and mineralization, she began to experience radiant health. All of the conditions she thought to be just standard experiences of life, for example difficult metabolism leading to incremental weight gain, extreme exhaustion after eating, moodiness, lack of energy, acne prone skin, and allergies, began to disappear!

Unfortunately during her travels abroad she encountered even greater health concerns in the form of parasites and bacteria. Soon after returning home from Indonesia she was rushed to an ER. Doctors were able to treat her during this life threatening experience but they had no means to diagnose exactly what bacteria or parasite was the culprit. The pain combined with frightening side effects went on for months. It was only upon her introduction to the SCIO that she finally experienced relief from these debilitating symptoms.
